Garpool provides residential bin management services, moving trash and recycling bins to the curb before pickup and returning them to their designated storage location after pickup.
Services are paid for in advance via Stripe. Our monthly subscription plan does NOT auto-bill. Users are responsible for manually renewing their service each month.
We operate 365 days a year, including all holidays and weather conditions. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by city pickup schedules or access issues beyond our control (e.g., locked gates).
While we take extreme care, Garpool is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or property. We ensure bins are returned to the designated location provided by the homeowner.
You may stop your service at any time by choosing not to renew your monthly subscription. For Pay-As-You-Go, service is provided on an as-requested basis.
